After over 45 years in the building industry, with the last 15 years at Steinmetz Redi-Built Homes, Gary Steinmetz is excited to announce that he has sold the business. A new partnership has formed between Chad Flemming of Ultimate Construction, who will lead as President, with active partners Ryan Lawrence, Sam Rieffenberger, Greg Rieffenberger, and Jake Rieffenberger.
About Steinmetz Redi-Built Home Center
Flemming, a Watertown native, comes with a respected reputation in the local construction industry. Steinmetz and Flemming have worked together on many projects through the years and Ultimate Construction has built approximately 20% of the Redi-Built homes to date. “I am confident that you will continue to get the service and quality that you deserve and have come to expect in a Steinmetz home,” says Gary.
Redi-built homes are prebuilt homes, not modular or manufactured homes. The construction processes are the same as you would do for an on-site build. The benefit of this modified process is that the homes can be built with improved efficiency and quality due to better access to contractors and materials, then delivered to rural locations to be set on a foundation.
Steinmetz Redi-Built Homes have partnered with Larry’s Lumber for the design process and quality material sales over the past 15 years. Flemming states, “I have an awesome working relationship with the owners and team at Larry’s Lumber and will continue to collaborate with them on all future builds.”
Steinmetz wishes to thank all his customers. He says, “I have been blessed with many friendships through this business. I look forward to the future of Steinmetz Redi-Built Homes, seeing the ambition and enthusiasm that Chad and his team have.”
Business operations will continue Highway 20, between Watertown and Lake Kampeska. To inquire about a Steinmetz Redi-Built Home, please call 605-878-1070 or complete our contact form.
